Abstract & Poster
Submission guidelines and poster requirements
To submit an abstract, please complete the online registration form and pay for the registration fee. Only abstracts submitted online via this website will be sent to the Scientific Committee for review.
All papers presented at this conference are eligible for submission to the special issue titled Forest Tree Somatic Embryogenesis and Vegetative Propagation published in the Journal of Forestry Research. The Conference Organizing Committee will select outstanding manuscripts and recommend them for formal publication. Submission link for the special issue.
All abstracts must be in English and each abstract should contain:
- A title.
- Full names of authors, affiliated institutions, and contact e-mail address.
- A concise description of the research (up to 350 words).
- Up to 5 key words.
- No image, table, or figure is allowed.

We strongly recommend that all participants submit poster presentations. Please create and submit a vertical PDF poster to the conference organizing committee by 10 August CST.
Poster printing
We can organise for your poster to be printed and delivered to the conference venue. To organise this please contact: IUFRO-20902-2026@outlook.com.
- Poster size should be A0 (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches).
- Use vertical orientation for the poster layout.
- Include the title of the poster, author(s) name(s), and affiliation(s) at the top.
- Use clear headings for different sections (e.g., Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion).
- Use graphs, charts, and images to illustrate key points.
- Keep text concise and use bullet points for easy readability.
- Use a clear and professional design.
- If applicable, acknowledge funding sources or individuals who contributed to the research.
- Include contact information (e.g., email address) for further inquiries or collaborations.
