Abstract & Poster
Submission guidelines and poster requirements
To submit an abstract, please complete the online registration form and pay for the registration fee. Only abstracts submitted online via this website will be sent to the Scientific Committee for review. Abstracts submitted by e-mail or other means will not be accepted.
All abstracts must be in English and each abstract should contain:
- A title.
- Full names of authors, affiliated institutions, and contact e-mail address.
- A concise description of the research (up to 350 words).
- Up to 5 key words.
- No image, table, or figure is allowed.

We strongly recommend that all participants submit poster presentations. Please create and submit a vertical PDF poster to the conference organizing committee by 10 August CST.
Poster printing
