Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please contact us as soon as possible at IUFRO-20902-2026@outlook.com or by phone at (+86) 0451-82191044. Include your confirmation ID (e.g. IUFRO-123) and full name in your message.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to IUFRO-20902-2026@outlook.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval. The following schedule applies:

| On or before July 10, 2026 | Full refund minus ¥200 admin fee |
| July 11 – August 1, 2026 | 50% refund |
| After August 1, 2026 | No refund |
Substitutions: Registration may be transferred to a colleague at no charge. Please notify us in writing before August 10, 2026 with the replacement attendee's full name, email, and affiliation.
Post-conference tour: Tour cancellations follow the same schedule above. No refund will be issued for tour cancellations received after August 10, 2026.
Conference cancellation by organizers: In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
Force majeure: The organizers are not liable for any costs (travel, accommodation, visa fees, etc.) incurred by participants in the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control.
